Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we deliver pan-India. Delivery is chargeable and timeline varies based on your location.

Can I return or cancel the product after delivery?
We currently do not accept returns or cancellations once the product has been delivered.
Is there a warranty on your furniture?
Yes! Our chairs come with a 1-year warranty on moving parts like wheels, base, mechanism, and gas lift.
What if the product is damaged during transit?
If shipped via BESO’s own vehicle, we’re fully responsible. If a third-party courier is used, they are liable for damage.
